Program Details
Channel Partner system engineers and sales representatives can earn cash (virtual Mastercard gift card) by:

• Completing a Forcepoint ONE Proof of Concept (POC) = $200
  • POC must be completed by a system engineer.
  • First 100 eligible POCs only.
• Receiving Approval for Deal Registration on a Net New Forcepoint ONE opportunity = $100
  • Deal Registration must be approved by Forcepoint as a Net New Forcepoint ONE Opportunity.
  • Customer meeting required.
  • First 500 eligible Deal Registrations only.
• Closing a Net New Forcepoint ONE Opportunity with Deal Registration = $250
  • Deal Registration and opportunity must be approved by Forcepoint as a closed Net New Forcepoint ONE opportunity.

Channel Partner Steps to Take:

• Channel Partners must approve participation in the Forcepoint Rewards Program.
• Eligible Participants of participating Channel Partners must create an account on the ForcepointRewards.com page.
• Educate yourself on Forcepoint ONE. Visit forcepoint.com and watch the virtual demos on Forcepoint’s Tech Talk YouTube channel.
• Complete the Forcepoint ONE Sales Training and Forcepoint ONE Administrator E-Learning sales course.
  Forcepoint ONE Sales Training – Learn how to successfully position and sell Forcepoint ONE. Free of Charge. Certificate of Completion included.
  Targeted Learner: Channel Partner Sales Reps and Pre-Sales Engineers
  Forcepoint ONE Administrator E-learning – Receive an architecture overview of Forcepoint ONE and learn how to configure and administer it. Free of Charge. Certificate of Completion included. No lab work, no technical certification.
  
• Identify end user Customers that are in search of simplifying their SASE or SSE security platform.
• Reach out to your Forcepoint Channel Account team to schedule a virtual demonstration (Proof of Concept meeting request).
• Register the opportunity with Forcepoint via the Partner Portal and submit for Forcepoint approval.

Terms and Conditions

BY ACCEPTING THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “AGREEMENT”) OR BY PARTICIPATING IN THE INCENTIVE (AS DEFINED BELOW), CHANNEL PARTNER ACKNOWLEDGES IT HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS, AND HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZES ITS EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS (“PARTICIPANTS”) TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INCENTIVE.

• This Forcepoint Incentive is available to any eligible Participants of participating Channel Partners with an active and valid membership in the Forcepoint Global Partner Program who remain in good standing with Forcepoint through the Program Duration.
• An authorized representative of Channel Partners must approve participation in the Incentive.
• Distributors and Distributor system engineers and sales representatives are not eligible for this Forcepoint Reward.
• Once Channel Partner approves participation in the Incentive, eligible Participants must create an account via ForcepointRewards.com to qualify for the Incentive.
• ForcepointRewards.com will keep tabs on each Participant’s earnings.
• The Participant must submit a claim for each Incentive payment. Forcepoint will approve valid claims received 2 weeks before the end of each fiscal quarter.
  • Once approved, Participants may “Cash Out” the claim to be issued by Brightspot Incentives & Events within 60 days.
  • Participants may “Cash Out” at the end of each quarter, end of year, or at the end of the Incentive Period.
  • Incentive recipients will be notified via email, Support@ForcepointRewards.com, of virtual prepaid card amount.
  • Participants and Brightspot Incentives & Events are responsible for all taxes and tax reporting obligations.
  • Summary reports showing what has been earned will be made available to Participants. All prepaid card issuance fees and reward fulfillment costs will be charged to the Participant and are embedded in the redemption costs. Participants are responsible for following their government protocols accordingly.
• Incentive runs through the Program Duration, provided that Forcepoint may suspend, modify, or terminate this Incentive, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, without notice
• Forcepoint, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any Channel Partners, and Net New Opportunities from this Incentive for any reason, including actual or suspected violation of Forcepoint anticorruption or export compliance policies. All decisions related to this Incentive, including eligibility, qualifying Customers and Net New Opportunities, will be made by Forcepoint at its sole discretion and are final.

• Customers must be located within Eligible Countries.
• Channel Partner (including Participants) represents and warrants that it and the Participant’s participation in the Incentive complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those that apply to the protection of personal data and anti-bribery.
• Forcepoint will at all times be deemed the “Data Processor” or “Service Provider” within the meaning of the applicable data protection laws. Channel Partner will at all times be deemed the “Data Controller” within the meaning of the applicable data protection laws. Any personal data collected by Forcepoint or its subprocessors for the purposes of the Incentive will be captured and processed for the sole purpose of operating the Incentive. Through participation in this Incentive, Channel Partner authorizes Forcepoint and its subprocessors, including Brightspot Incentives & Events, to process personal data of Channel Partner and the Participants to operate the Incentive. Channel Partner must obtain any required consents (including Participant consent) necessary for Participants to participate in this Incentive, including any consents required for the processing of personal data under the Incentive.
• Channel Partner is solely responsible for any claim arising from or related to their obligations under this Agreement and will full indemnify and hold Forcepoint harmless for any claim, suit, or proceeding arising of its participation in the Incentive.

Deal Registration stipulations

• Deal registration must be created starting on or after the incentive start date (8/1/2022). 
• Deal Registration is subject to Forcepoint's approval in accordance with then current Forcepoint Deal Registration Guidelines.
• To qualify for this Incentive, Channel Partner must receive approval from Forcepoint for Deal Registration on Opportunity, which must be registered and/or closed, as applicable, within the Incentive Period.
• To qualify for this Incentive, Opportunity must be a Net New Forcepoint One customer.
